Hi, I’m M, a Germany-based photographer and cinematographer with a passion for capturing emotions and atmosphere through my images. As an artist, I aim to capture a dreamy nostalgia. For me, this makes the emotions and stories within the images more tangible, closer, and intertwined. To achieve this, I primarily use vintage lenses, and when I'm not working with analog film, I try to capture the intimacy and timelessness of it by emulating its colors and characteristics.

My love for photography began with the first camera my parents gifted me as a young boy. Over the years, what started as a hobby evolved into a passion. It wasn’t long before I felt the desire to capture moving images alongside stills. This led me to pursue an apprenticeship in Media Design, which I successfully completed in June 2024.

Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to connect with like-minded individuals who have introduced me to new perspectives, enabling me to grow and expand my skills continuously. Today, my focus lies in digital and analogue photography, cinematography, color grading, as well as design work and various aspects of post-production in video projects.
